What We Expect From You

Responsibilities & Expectations

In this role, you will lead warm-ups, demonstrate strength training techniques, and monitor conditioning to ensure safe and effective workouts for clients. You will assist with gym floor setup, breakdown, and maintenance tasks to maintain a clean and organized environment.

Attendance at weekly meetings is essential for you, where your participation in discussions and engagement with educational content will enhance your professional development. You recognize the importance of being willing to learn, accepting constructive criticism, and interacting positively with clients of all ages. Additionally, you will prepare for weekly meetings by reviewing educational materials in advance to contribute to more productive discussions.

Qualifications & Application Process

  • Must have valid CPR/First Aid certification and be enrolled in or have completed an undergraduate program.
  • Preferred but not mandatory: CSCS, CFSC, or similar coaching certification.
  • Submit your resume and cover letter with your application.
  • Internship schedule aligns with traditional academic semesters and summer vacation: Fall, Spring, and Summer.
