Testimonials

  • My intern experience at Full Plate Strength and Conditioning has been nothing short of amazing. With hands-on experience on the first day you walk through the door, you are set for success while also being pushed to develop through guided learning with resources through the Google Classroom page to combine with coaching to create a fully immersive experience for self-development supported by the team at Full Plate.

  • My time interning at Full Plate was instrumental in my development as a coach, and as a person. They do a fantastic job of teaching concepts and skills in layers, so interns aren’t overwhelmed. As a result I was able to build competency throughout my internship, creating a smooth transition to working as a strength & conditioning coach. I would highly recommend interning ant Full Plate if you have the opportunity; as the internship quality is up there with the best in the state and nation.

  • My goal first coming out of college was to be a strength and conditioning coach. I knew I needed to gather more experience to develop my skills as a coach. FPSC allowed me to do just that. Over the course of their internship program, I was able to work and coach people, make mistakes, and learn from the coaches about how to improve as a coach, people person, and professional in the industry. I would not be the coach I am today without this experience.
